Last week the school board of University of Pennsylvania approved the design of Pennovation Center. Designed by HWKN of New York, the Pennovation Center will be a 23-acre hub for research and innovation located beautifully next to Penn’s main campus along the southern bank of river Schuylkill. The initial phase of the construction work will begin with the renovation of an old three-story industrial building, and is expected to cost around $37.5 million.
